Yes, all apartments have their own private kitchen and bathroom. You have full independence in your own home, while also having access to common areas whenever you want more space or social interaction.
Are the apartments furnished?
We offer both furnished and unfurnished apartments. Available options vary per property – get in touch with us to find out what suits you best.
What is the minimum rental period and notice period?
We typically offer lease agreements with a minimum rental period of 6–9 months and a notice period of 3 months. Specific terms may vary per property and are agreed upon at the time of signing.
How do I apply for an apartment?

What documents are needed to sign a lease?

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the apartments, out of consideration for all residents.
Is subletting allowed?

Who is responsible for cleaning?
As a tenant, you are responsible for cleaning your own apartment. The common areas are maintained by our operations team and cleaned on a regular basis.
