The Gym at Smedetoften Is Ready

Bohavn is happy to announce that the new gym at Smedetoften is now finished and open to all residents. The fully equipped training room offers a cable machine, adjustable benches, a complete set of dumbbells, slam balls and mats, along with cardio equipment including an exercise bike, a rowing machine and a treadmill. With the gym right inside the building, residents can fit a workout into their day without travelling to a fitness centre. The new gym joins the common kitchen, lounge, rooftop terrace and laundry room as part of Bohavn's commitment to creating homes where community, comfort and wellbeing go hand in hand.

Ryparken Joins the Bohavn Concept

Bohavn is excited to announce that Ryparken has officially joined the Bohavn concept as of 30 September 2026, following its acquisition by Greater Copenhagen Residential. Located at Hans Knudsens Plads in Østerbro, Ryparken offers modern micro-living apartments with excellent transport connections and green surroundings close by. Bohavn is pleased to share that all shared spaces at Akeleje Hus are now fully completed and ready for residents to enjoy. The newly furnished facilities include a spacious common kitchen, cozy lounge zones, dedicated co‑working areas designed for productive remote work, and a stunning skylounge on the top floor boasting panoramic views of Copenhagen.
